Only with the booking confirmation mail the booking is valid!
For stays of less than 7 days, a supplement of 10% will be charged. If the arrival later, or departure is earlier than agreed, the apartment will be charged for the entire period, less tourist tax.
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival 3 days will be charged, then 1 week.
We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
